ISHIR announced at its Q4 All Hands Meeting “2012 will be the Year of Growth”

New Delhi, India, 20 January 2012 – ISHIR is all set to gain greater market traction and achieve sales and reach for greater heights in 2012 with its team of fantastic rock stars, clear vision and roadmap for future growth.

In its Q4 All Hands Meeting, ISHIR further streamlined roles and responsibilities of its organizational leaders and departments, achievements they have recorded in Q3, current initiatives and targets – the company aims to achieve in the near future.

Here are a few highlights:

Pay Per Click (PPC) business (part of Internet Marketing Business Unit) recorded a brilliant quarter and looks towards a stellar year ahead. The Search and Technology business units continue to grow from strength to strength – quarter on quarter.

ISHIR forayed full throttle into Mobile Site Development and Mobile Application Development for Apple iOS and Android, using native apps and also other third party platforms such as PhoneGap. Last quarter saw the launch of an ingrown Android/iOS based Mobile App called Bollywood CineTrailers. This application is part of the strategy to development reusable code libraries based on the markets need to rapidly deploy Video Content based mobile apps.

ISHIR is known for its adherence to quality processes and the Process Engineering Group (PEG) ensures that we make continuous improvements in terms of overall department wise processes.

Another highlight was the launch of Chop Factory. Chop Factory offers fast, high quality conversion of graphic web design into HTML/XHTML/HTML5 and its other extensions as well as themes, skins and templates for WordPress, Magento, Joomla, OS Commerce, Microsoft SharePoint and Drupal. ISHIR also renewed it’s the Microsoft Gold Competency in Digital Marketing/Microsoft SharePoint as well as Web Development and Software Development.
