ISHIR named as Great Places to Work 2019 by Great Place to Work® Institute

The certification is based on an employee survey, wherein the evaluation is done based on the company’s policies and programs. After a rigorous assessment, companies that nurture an attractive, trustworthy and rewarding culture are qualified.

As per the survey results, ISHIR scored impressively high on the trust index that measures factors such as camaraderie, fairness, pride, and credibility amongst its employees. This was the first time that ISHIR participated in the assessment as an initiative to enhance various aspects of its workplace culture. The accreditation emphasizes ISHIR’s commitment to constantly evolve their strategic HR and Management initiatives to support the professional growth of their talent.

It uses tools – The Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit Management Questionnaire to evaluate the employee practices, HR and Management measures of a company.
