Morning ISHIRites,
So, finally chill has started in the city. Let’s grab
a cup of coffee in this changing weather with yet another
refreshing edition of HR connect. We are gearing up to
welcome winters and the interesting paradigm to note with
this changing weather is CHANGE.
Change! Which is never constant. Change! Which exists
in all spheres of our life. Change! Whether we welcome
it or not, is an inevitable part of our life. |
This change is part of every organization as well, for various reasons. One of the key reasons, which come to my mind, is “Need to Grow”.
The fundamental principal of growth for any organization
is to constantly seek to adapt and keep pace with new
internal and external demands and thus organisational
changes.
Like many others, we as an organisation are also working on same set of principals to grow further. To meet the growing needs of the business, the last quarter had been revolutionary in the history of ISHIR. One of the steps towards this was to create more focus in different business areas to harness best of the opportunities available in each market. Moving forward, the focus would be to grow Digital, Gaming and Application Development as independent companies which are offshoots of ISHIR.
To grow and lead these businesses, we are having more Senior Executives joining the organization. Many of you have met them already and once again introducing them:
Chetan Marwah, who has joined ISHIR as CEO and Partner of ISHIR Digital.
Bhaskar Mookerjee who has come on board as COO of Application
Development to grow this business further.
Both of them are brining long and rich experience in their
respective areas of operations to take ISHIR to newer
heights. Please join hands in welcoming them as part of
ISHIR Family.
Some more good news on this road of growth..…
ISHIR Digital is further expanding its business in different
continents. ISHIR Digital has signed up a partnership
with Opus Interactive to sell digital services in Oregon.
We will be jointly operating under the name OnFlow Media.
The focus for the first year would be to sell Search Marketing
and over time we will move up the value chain and cater
to end-to-end digital needs of the larger companies in
Oregon.
So buddies, with some of the tit-bits on Growth... let’s
grab a cosy corner and chill out with this newsletter.
